The sun is the root of all life, and it plays a crucial role in our life. After finishing early morning procedures, take the most comfortable position near a place within or outside the home to receive Sunshine. You can have a chair outside and enjoy a cup of coffee while you get sunshine on your skin in the morning. This is one of the most refreshing and energizing morning energy rituals.
Keeping your eyes open or closed, your arms open, your palms face up, feel the energy, sunlight, and warmth for a few minutes of appreciation for the wonderful morning you’re experiencing at that time.

2) Simple Stretches

Whether you’re practicing yoga or you’re trying to run in the morning, that’s pretty cool. If not, the basic neck, back, arm, and leg stretches are an easy morning routine for a healthy head start to the day, particularly when you don’t have time for a full workout session.
In every millionaire morning routine, stretches and workouts are given top priority. After several hours of sleep, our minds and body need to be energized to completely wake up. If you don’t have the time to work out in the morning, these easy stretches would be the best choice for you. One aspect we have found with our clients and colleagues is that the way we like to see ourselves can be made better by reaching this higher power, whether within or outside of us. We can achieve this by praying, infusing ourselves with a state of gratitude & appreciation; for example, through repeating “Thank you for (outcome)” as though that had already occurred, or a refrain like “I am thankful for (outcome) because I am (attribute).” In summary, you can polish your millionaire morning routine with a simple prayer.

5) Set goals and intentions for the day

Begin the day with focus and positivity by making time to write down a few priorities and everyday intentions. It’s not supposed to feel like a chore; it’s designed to inspire you. Find a way to do something that you’re looking forward to every morning. This could involve adding an inspiring quote or being imaginative with how and where you’re writing it.
