Do you ever feel sad for no reason? You’re just doing something and suddenly you get that feeling of an empty space somewhere in your heart? ????

You are not alone. It’s not a feeling that will just go away with time. You have to figure out what’s making you unhappy. ✌

It may be your job or some people or something you have to do but hate doing.

No matter what, always do what makes you happy. If you hate your job, quit. If some people are making you feel bad about yourself, leave. ????

I know it’s difficult but trust the process. If you want to live a happy life, you need to get rid of the toxic weight.
